The Wild Feathers Announce Winter Tour Dates
The Nashville five-piece group the Wild Feathers will start the new year on the road, touring to support their self-titled debut album.
The band, which played more than 200 shows in 2013, opening for the likes of Bob Dylan, Willie Nelson, and Gary Clark, Jr., will get back into action Austin, Texas' Stubb's on January 22. Supported by one of our favorite bands, Jamestown Revival, the Wild Feathers will then crisscross the country, ending their tour at Solana Beach, California's Belly Up Tavern on March 4.
The group's music has been compared to the Avett Brothers, the Black Crowes, and Tom Petty, to name a few artists. Though they use a mix of acoustic and electric guitars in performance, we're drawn to this clip of the band holding forth on a few nice looking Gibsons on their song "If You Don't Love Me."
Full tour info can be found at the group's website.
